Mixed at 15%, but haven’t had a chance to steep yet. Regardless, I am very impressed, and these are comparable to the more ‘premium’ NETS available elsewhere. I’ll certainly be ordering much more in the future (apart from anything with menthol in it!). And of course, at these prices, these are outstanding value for money. Big thumbs up, 5 stars etc 🙂
