How long will my delivery take?
Delivery of your order can take from 1-5 working days depending on delivery location. We are closed for the 3rd - 14th August, the website will remain open.
Where can i find my Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are located via your account and they are emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you ship world Wide?
Yes, we ship our Tobacco products all over the world. Shipping costs for your country are located at checkout.
Can i return My order?
Yes you can. Items can be returned back to us if the product has been brought by mistake or an error with the product. Items can not be returned if you do not like the flavour or item has been opened and used.
