Our Pipe Tobacco leaves are cut, weighed and added to glass jars with a PG mixture to extract the essence from the tobacco leaf. We steep our Tobacco Leaves for no more than 8 months, the longer we leave these leaves to steep the better the taste will be. This essence is the pure Strong Pipe Tobacco e-liquid flavours we will use for our Tobacco E-liquids.
Filtering Process
Filtering these Tobaccos is the fun part. We use a 15 way filtering process to ensure that every ounce of Tobacco is extracted from the juice leaving no particles and only the purest Tobacco flavouring.
